Quick Start Guide
Create a Service
Go to Services → New Service. Enter a name and description, set pricing to Fixed and enter your price, then click Save Draft. Your service is saved but not yet visible to clients.
Build an Intake Form
Open the Intake Forms tab and create a new form. Add three fields: Project Name (type: text, required), Description (type: textarea, required), and Deadline (type: date, optional). Save the form.
Attach the Form and Publish
Return to your service, open the Intake Form selector, and choose the form you just built. Click Publish. Your service is now live and accessible through your portal.
Copy Your Portal URL
From the dashboard header, copy your portal URL. Paste it into a private/incognito window to experience the client-side view without being signed in as yourself.
Client Submits the Intake Form
As the client, browse to your service and click Order. Fill in the intake form fields — Project Name, Description, and Deadline — then submit. An order is created in your dashboard with status: Pending.
Agent Job Triggers (if configured)
If an AgentDefinition is attached to the service, an Agent Job starts automatically when the order is created. Open the order in your dashboard and watch the Delivery panel for real-time output as the agent works.
Mark the Order Delivered
Once work is complete, click Mark as Delivered on the order. The client receives an email notification that their order is ready for review.
Invoice Generated — Client Pays
An invoice is auto-generated for the order total. The client receives a Stripe checkout link and completes payment. Payment status updates in your dashboard automatically.
